Stanyan Park Hotel Victorian house situated on the Golden Gate Park.
Hotel des Arts, to have an art gallery at your eye, the rooms are designed by different artists (around $ 130)
Department stores
Some of bouqtique most interesting are located in the district of Marina / Cow, to Chestnut Street and around Union Street
My Roommate's Closet is un'iteressante shop with a fine assortment of apparel and accessories discounted. In Polk Street (Russian Hill), you can instead find shops of all kinds from Swallowtail (art, furniture, decorations) to Teashi (if you want to relax with a nice pedicure in a chair for a day shopping in the subject) to Spring (for environmentally friendly products for the home).
North Beach, the old Italian neighborhood, is ideal for walking browsing in antique shops (such as Air ). Pacific Heights, Fillmore Street in particular, has a great variety of shops and alternative to the chains as Shabby Chic and Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Hayes Valley according to Melissa Davis is the best for the trendy, for the many bouqtique clothing (such as Dish and Modern Appealing Clothing MAC) and many interesting shops, such as Miette , various candy store.
A Mission deserve a break: Candy Store (the ideal to buy jewelry and accessories from local designers), Bell Jar (furnishings and decorations) and Sunhee (clothing).
For Haight you can indulge in buying vintage ( Squad )
Restaurants delicious
Crown & crumpet, a British-style tea room in Ghirardelli Square
Zuni Cafe almost always in the list of the best restaurants in San Francisco
Parma Italian restaurant in the Marina District
Eliza's for Chinese food
The Ferry Market Building market farmers, restaurant and food store Typical all together. Try it for tacos and onion rings Taylor's Refresher
Fun Activities
The Alameda Point Antiques and Collectibles Faire . The first Sunday of the month, a short drive from SF, this market is held.
Alcatraz. It will also be the ultimate tourist destination, but remains un'esperineza frightening and unforgettable (even on the interesting audio guide)
Golden Gate Park. Green, museums + the recently restored Conservatory of Flowers and the Japanese tea garden.
Any advice final
San Francisco is pretty cool all year round, weather changes significantly even from one neighborhood to another, so layered clothing is necessary.
